Father, author, educator, and entrepreneur, Mr. Blake Nathan an East Atlanta Native holds a bachelor's degree from The Tennessee State University where he majored in Aeronautical and Industrial Technology with a concentration in Aviation Flight. Following graduation from TSU, Mr. Nathan became a Woodrow Wilson National Teaching Fellow, started his teaching career, and received his first Masters in Technology with an emphasis in Education from Purdue University. He then went on to receive his second Masters, in Educational Leadership from Indiana University – Purdue University of Indianapolis. Through this program, he developed practical tools and knowledge that are foundational to shifting the paradigm in education. Blake Natha has a wide range of educational career experiences, ranging from working in public charter schools, traditional public schools, the EdTech sector, and even was an adjunct professor. Currently Blake serves as the CEO and Founder of the Educate ME Foundation, which is a social enterprise with the mission to diversify the national teaching population by recruiting more educators of color to serve in urban school districts. Blake Nathan’s life mission is to leave his footprints in education and that future history books will have his name listed as an advocate, innovator, and true pioneer in the field of education.
